Warranty & Return Policy

This Warranty & Return Policy outlines coverage, exclusions, and procedures for products purchased from Mister Vapor, both online and in-store.

Mister Vapor Warranty & Returns

Mister Vapor offers a 30-day replacement warranty on defective hardware purchased from our online store or retail locations. Covered issues include charging problems, internal battery failures, chipset or LCD display malfunctions, and auto-firing or device firing issues. Only these defects are eligible under the warranty program.

What Is Covered by Our Warranty?

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port issues
  • Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc.)
  • Auto-firing
  • Chip malfunctions

Some products may have minor flaws during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).

Warranty Exclusions

Coils, Pods, E-liquids, Pre-filled Pods, Disposables, Tanks, Rebuildable products, and Batteries

Note: Pre-filled pods and disposable devices are covered under alternate warranty terms (see below)

  • Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Damage caused by excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Use outside of recommended operating instructions
  • Damage caused by water exposure, juice spillage, or fire damage
  • Leaky tanks
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connector, rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modification of a product automatically voids the warranty
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or product aging
  • Items outside of the warranty period

The 30-day warranty period begins on the delivery date. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when sending items to and from Mister Vapor.

Disposable Devices

Mister Vapor offers a limited 48-hour DOA warranty on disposable devices. If your disposable device does not work on first-time use, we will issue store credit or replace it free of charge.

The disposable vape must be returned in the original packaging with a valid tax stamp. Returns cannot be processed without it, with no exceptions.

Bulk disposable orders receive an extended DOA warranty period to allow adequate time for testing all devices. Any defective device must still be reported immediately upon first use

Pre-Filled Pods

Mister Vapor offers a limited 48-hour return policy on pre-filled pods that are DOA or unused and leaking.

Pods must be returned in the original packaging with a valid tax stamp. Returns cannot be processed without it, with no exceptions.

Bulk pod orders receive an extended DOA warranty period to allow adequate time to test all pods. Any defective pod must still be reported immediately upon first use.

E-Liquids

Due to consumer safety regulations, all e-liquid purchases are final sale. Variations may occur due to steeping, exposure to heat or sunlight, or changes in device/product resistance.

Tanks, Coils & Pods

Due to their consumable nature and limited life expectancy, Mister Vapor offers a limited DOA warranty on tanks, coils, and pods.

If these products do not work on first-time use, we will replace them free of charge provided you return the defective products in their original packaging with all original components for confirmation and testing.

Discontinued & Clearance Items

Defective discontinued items within the warranty period may be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher-value product, the customer will be required to pay the difference in purchase price.

Manufacturer Warranty Support

If a product is out of warranty or we’re unable to resolve the issue, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly. Some manufacturers may offer extended warranty support.

Important Notes

  • Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, accidents, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or external causes.
  • Damage caused by services performed by anyone other than Mister Vapor is not covered.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
