Shipping Policy

At Mister Vapor, we aim to ship all in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on the same business day. In some cases, processing may take slightly longer. If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or provide an estimated restock timeframe. For Local Same-Day Delivery information click here.

Proof of Age

All orders placed by someone underage are subject to a 50% restocking fee, with no exceptions.

We use Canada Post’s Proof of Age service (19+ in Ontario) on every shipment in accordance with Canadian law. Because Proof of Age is required, a signature is mandatory upon delivery.

If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office. You will be required to show valid Proof of Age to sign for and receive the package.

Only the person named in the Shipping fields may pick up the package. Canada Post will not release the package to anyone else.

Any shipping fees associated with packages returned to sender due to failed age verification will not be refunded, including original shipping costs and return shipping charges. If a refund is requested for a returned-to-sender order, a 10% restocking fee will also apply.

Processing

  • We process in-stock orders 7 days a week, excluding Canadian holidays.
  • Please note, If you receive a tracking number on a weekend or major holiday, your order has been prepared for shipment but will not be handed off to the carrier until the following business day.
  • We reserve the right to allow additional processing time if questions or concerns arise regarding your order. If needed, we will contact you by phone or email. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.
  • Any foreseen processing delays are visibly announced directly on our website. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume, an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.
  • Typically, in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship the same business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders totaling $100 or more (pre-tax). Free shipping is typically sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

In the event your order cannot be successfully delivered due to customer error (incorrect address, failure to pick up, underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to. If a refund is requested for a returned-to-sender order, a 10% restocking fee will also apply.

Order Cancellation & Changes

We will do our best to accommodate requests provided the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, the package must be returned to us before a refund can be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
